GENERAL INFORMATION

Camp ArtReach 2011

At Camp ArtReach, campers will find their creative side in a hands-on, non competitive environment, where imaginative thinking, self confidence and personal growth are encouraged!

When?

December 19-23
Morning and afternoon workshops with extended care available, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Who?

ArtReach welcomes children ages 5 through 12 to participate in Camp ArtReach, One Week Wonder!

Where?

Camp ArtReach is located at The First Universalist Church of Denver (Intersection of Hampden & Colorado Blvd.)
Workshops take place in the spacious Colvin Commons

Camp Staff

ArtReach camp staff are highly trained, caring counselors and artists, selected for their experience in teaching, leadership, and working with children. The staff-to-camper ratio is approximately 1 to 6. Instructors and counselors have included college professors and graduate students, school teachers, and professional artists.

Camp Details

Camp ArtReach, One Week Wonder! takes campers, ages 5-12, through some of the visual & performing arts offered in our summer-long arts camp: Camp ArtReach, The Summer Adventure!

In the morning workshop, One Week Wonder: Explore Visual Arts! Campers will try their hand at drawing and craft cool creations with clay!
In the afternoon workshop, One Week Wonder: Explore Performing Arts! Campers will be introduced to the world of Magic and learn some new skills in Hip-Hop Dance!

Campers will also enjoy supervised outdoor activities on our large field and playground daily.

Daily Schedule:

7:30AM - 9:00AM: Supervised Before Care
9:00AM - 12:00PM: Morning Visual Arts Workshop
12:00PM - 1:00PM: Supervised Lunch & Recreation
1:00PM – 4:00PM: Afternoon Performing Arts Workshop
4:00PM - 5:30PM: Supervised After Care

TUITION INFORMATION

Full Week Session Tuition:

1⁄2 day (one workshop): $100 / Week
Full day (both workshops): $200 / Week

Full Week Extended Care Tuition:

Before care: $20 / Week
Lunch care: $20 / Week
After care: $20 / Week
