ArtsExpress

The ArtsExpress program provides transportation to affiliated agencies, by utilizing a combination of charter buses, vans and taxi vouchers for transportation to community and cultural events and museums for individuals who are isolated from society, have a physical or mental impairment that prevents them from driving, or do not have the financial means to own a car.
